Fintech website redesign

Intro
Un-doi Centru de plati is a financial services & technology company with over 100 employees, over 6.500 distribution partners all over Romania; offering their clients services for suppliers such as Netflix, Google Play, Oriflame, Avom, Orange, Vodafone etc. A company who offers B2C clients the option to pay all their utility bills, road vignettes, taxes & top-up their phone number in one place: their distribution partners.
Problem
Un-doi has enquired me to help out with redesigning their company presentation website. The requirements revolved around:

improving the UX of the website

refresh the UI of the website to communicate their business strategy of focusing on the Fintech industry by modernizing the overall look and functionalities

restructure the website in such a way that potential distribution partners convert

reposition their brand through their website as a high-tech

Process
Meeting Business needs
Our collaboration started by establishing their vision on what the website should contain from a strategic point of view: what their goal is, what should the website convert, who are their target customer groups, which sections should hold priority.
Meeting Client needs
After establishing un-doi's needs - I have taken each screen in their old website and filtered out the repetitive content & restructured the pages which were combining information from various places. Based on the 2 target customer groups, the website was devided into 2 key sections:
a. B2B Partners - Distributors
b. B2C Clients - The clients of the B2B Partners
The process:
1. Created a wireframe for the website to showcase for the client which was eventually iterated into the final product.
2. Created a UI components kit: which fit their branding manual

3. Created each screen based on the UX Wireframe & crafted each screen to perfectly encompass the components of the manual above

4. Created the links between buttons and pages to create a full Prototype for the client

Solutions
Branding & image: To simplify the un-doi website, I have fully restructured their website & provided modern components to be consistent with their industry: fintech.
Brand personalized illustrations have been defined and a character was agreed on by the client to appear in various promotional materials. See the character in the animated video I have created below:
After Branding & Image, unnecessary pages from the website have been removed and texts have been reduced to keywords which communicate perfectly the aim of their company & brand.
